Weekly vacation rentals are booked through Airbnb, VRBO, Oliver’s Travels & Puglia Holiday Rentals. Prices for 2024 are as follows:

meet & greet
Includes meeting guests at designated location in Martina Franca, leading the way to the property, providing extensive information on the villa and electric appliances, the swimming pool and the surrounding area and handing over the keys. Our caretaker will be on hand for emergencies and problems at the property. As a local she knows the local doctors, etc.
fresh linens & maid service
The property is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. Arrival times are between 16:00 and 20:00 to allow time for cleaning. Additional cleaning can be requested, at an agreed price to be paid locally.
Freshly laundered linen and towels (bath and pool) are provided on Saturday and beds are made up for your arrival. Guests who require extra changes mid-stay can request this. Payable locally.
welcome hamper
The kitchen comes equipped with milk, coffee, wine, olive oil and condiments as your arrival will be Saturday with many stores closed the following day. A welcome pack is made available on arrival containing essentials for a simple meal the first evening and or breakfast.
pick your own
The land around the villa is huge (20 acres), so please wander around and help yourself to fresh herbs and any fruit from the trees in season. Fresh milk can be obtained daily from the local farmer Gianni. No charge.
personal chef
On request a local chef, skilled in preparing traditional and regional dishes, can cater for you at Trulli Trazzonara. Cooking classes can be arranged. Payable locally.
